Few companies go above and beyond in terms of customer care and satisfaction, but Chewy.com tops the list!

You may not take the time to read this, and that’s okay~ but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at Chewy.com with you, because in today’s world, it’s extremely rare to find a company that is committed to taking care of people’s needs!

Some years back, I had a leg injury (broken blood vessel) that prevented me from being able to walk, or even stand, for close to 2 months. This is when I began ordering from Chewy.com, because I couldn’t do any marketing for myself, my dog and 3 cats.

Their food arrived within 48 hours, and except for temporary supply chain issues due to the Biden administration’s incompetence that extended delivery windows on our orders, it’s been a fantastically wonderful resource for me.

I called yesterday to alert Chewy about a canned food lid issue I’ve had with a recent order. The pull tab breaks off when I try to open the lid, and I have to use a can opener to get the thing off. I stressed that this was NOT a complaint with Chewy, but a detail they might want alert the manufacturer/supplier (Purina) about.

The girl at customer service thanked me for bringing this to their attention, and insisted on sending me a replacement case for the one with the uncooperative lids. I felt this was a very generous response. She also conveyed there would be a “little surprise” in the box with my shipment.

Well, this morning there was a huge Chewy.com box at my front door. To my shock and surprise, an extra 4 cases of cat food varieties I normally order (plus a package of treats) were in this box in addition to the one replacement case of pate I’d been offered by customer service the day before!

No charge on all this pet food, no shipping fees, and no hassle. I’ve been a good customer for years now~ but the state of our world in this current economy, makes Chewy.com the only company I have ever run across that truly goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with your purchases!

It doesn’t matter if your dog or cat doesn’t like a new product you’ve tried to feed ‘em. Call Chewy, and they’ll refund your money. They do the same with clothing items for your pet! If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong size, they’ll take it off your bill, and ask you to donate the unused food, clothing or bedding to your local shelter.

Honestly, I have no idea how this company stays in business~ but it’s comforting to know there’s an ethical, compassionate supplier who’ll go the extra mile to keep its customers happy~ especially when a lot of cat food brands have recently vanished from supermarket shelves!

When my sweet doggie, “Cleo” was still alive, we depended on Chewy.com for an infinite variety of healthy food and treats, cold-weather garments, and literally everything we needed, to keep her happy and well. Incidentally, Chewy’s prescription department will save you considerable money, in case your pet needs medication.

I’ve always believed in giving credit where it’s due, and honestly folks, I could not recommend this marvelous company more highly!
