Yeah, Trump has his flaws, but show me a person who doesn’t. When did we EVER before, have a man in the White House who ‘tweeted?’ I’ve lived long enough to tell ya, Trump’s first run was novel. I liked that he had a sense of humor, and didn’t just take jabs and hooks while acting composed and “presidential” ~he gave as good as he got. Maybe, even better.
I want a leader who is human and accessible. Even GOD has a sense of humor (though most are too busy trying to be reverent and “Christ-like” to notice), so you might appreciate how ecstatic I felt upon reading the morning of November 6th, of Trump’s landslide victory. WAHOOO!!! I’d prayed for this so friggin’ hard, because I knew full well, what life under the imbecilic Harris would actually feel like~ after all, I’d had four long, arduous years of it already.
Proof’s in the pudding they say, and Kamalalala’s was an inedible pudding, regardless of promises she made to deliver (or even, fein) “Joy.” And now she’s off to Hawaii with hubby Doug. Ain’t that sweet? A much needed vacation perhaps~ or just a prettier, more tropical place in which to inebriate herself and lick her battle wounds of defeat. Meanwhile… does our nation even have a president??
When ya throw lemons at Trump, he makes lemonade without missing a beat. Cooking up fries at Pennsylvania’s McDonalds, chiding Harris while revealing just one of a thousand lies she told about having once worked at the fast-food chain. Trump driving a garbage collector’s truck when Joe Biden (despite his handlers vigorously attempting to whitewash his comment) called Americans “garbage.” I mean, the dude is a hoot!
More importantly, insults and jabs roll off his back like water off a duck. Same here. I relate to this guy. He’s such a character! What ya see is what ya get with Trump, and that’s good enough for me~ and apparently tens of millions of others, too!
Even if I didn’t care for Trump’s personality, I’d admire the man. Who do YOU know who has the stamina this guy has? On the road, non-stop, doing rally after rally~ even in states where he knew he wasn’t popular. And at HIS age?? Un-fucking-believable!
If ya ask me, the man is a legend. A lotta people despise him, and some perhaps, for good reason. Others hate him because they’ve bought into every single defamatory lie the left has fed ‘em, over and over and over again.
Someone once said (or I mighta read it somewhere): If you say something often enough and with conviction, people will believe it. Well, we got to see how that played out, didn’t we? Libelous leftists are still spewing vile and vicious lies about Donald Trump and everyone else he’s picked to be on his Dream Team!
I for one, will be happy to see HUMOR make a comeback. Eee gads! Life under the Biden/Harris censorship gestapo became quite dismal. Whatever happened to good-natured poking fun at people, and ourselves? I never liked Don Rickles as a comedian, but it’s pretty likely he’d have been as close to an assassin’s bullet if he were alive today, as Trump was~ and twice, no less!
So, in closing, I just wanna say, I’m thrilled to have a President who can make lemonade outta lemons, and laugh at the insults hurled at him. In fact, I see him as a gentle reminder to us all, to not lose hope, keep trudging up that mountain despite the boulders that threaten to flatten us, and to keep on smiling in the face of evil.
That’s what I call, an example worth following!
Thank you, Lee. :~}
The Trump campaign ran an amazing campaign. Kamala made it so easy for them by avoiding interviews, lying constantly, and her failure as vice president. Trump and the Republicans should be able to work together to get policies passed to help the American people. They have all branches of government, no excuses.
