Our Societal and Political Pendulums are Gearing-up to Swing REAL HARD.

Hold onto your seats, ladies and gentlemen~ this promises to be a wild ride!

Change of any type always feels destabilizing. It has to! Change cannot occur in the absence of destabilization, because reconfiguration is an essential, naturally occurring consequence of change.

Those of us who are rational, emotionally grounded, sane and reasonably healthy will manage to ride the waves of upcoming changes, and cope fairly well with the fallout of this imminent RESET. Those who are not, will feel like their entire world is turned upside-down and inside-out, and suffer terribly.

We need not indulge in sadistic glee over this fact, having suffered the slings and arrows of the “progressive’s” shortsighted, misguided, infantile reactivity and rage for what has seemed like an eternity, encapsulated in 4 unbearably arduous years.

We CAN however, pity them~ for they are extremely ‘young souls’ who are merely starting out on their perilous life journey, and trying to survive in a frightening world that they are ill-equipped to handle (think, 3 year-olds attempting to emotionally navigate within an exclusively adult environment).

Yes, they piss us off. Of course, they make us wanna punish ‘em! Have you ever been in the presence of a toddler at the Terrible Two’s stage of their development?? It’s their JOB (developmentally speaking) to separate and individuate from us during that phase in life, in order to forge a sense of independence and autonomy. If they can’t, due to an all-engulfing enmeshment bond with an emotionally impaired mother, they’re permanently fucked.

If I hadn’t had so many Borderlines come thru my door over the past 30+ years, and learned what they truly need and how to help ‘em recover, no way in Hell would I be writing this today. It might make sense to you, and it might not… but there aren’t too many parents who haven’t had to resist flushing their beloved kid down the toilet, when he or she launches into his/her rebellious, “independence” phase of their development. And just wait till they become teenagers… ya go through this shit all over again!

Try and see these people as little kids having to figure out how to live in adult bodies. They need something to anchor them and help ‘em feel a sense of ‘belonging,’ because their very survival literally depends on it.

The ‘donkey’ party didn’t “turn these folks crazy.” They’ve been broken and deeply impaired since infancy, ‘cause they couldn’t get the nurturing they needed from Mom, which left ‘em feeling unlovable, and never good enough.

If you can recall how important it mighta felt to you to ‘fit in’ with your peers during junior high school, you might understand how vital a sense of belonging is, to these individuals. The “Democratic” party has helped ‘em feel like they finally have a safe HOME~ regardless of their beliefs, sexual orientations, gender preferences, physical appearances, social dynamics, interpersonal struggles and aberrant lifestyles.

They’ve adopted and embraced unique characteristics that have made sense to them, for myriad reasons of their own. These unconventional traits they’ve adopted have played an integral part in their lifelong quest for “Happiness” (to no avail, incidentally), and have helped them feel comforted, safe and “normal” by their own standards and definition of the word.

Let’s get on with the business of living our lives in the most prosperous, abundant and gleeful ways we can, and hold out a little hope that some degree of healing, maturation and evolution can ease the pain for ‘liberals,’ and take care of the rest.

Finally, try to remember: “The best revenge, is living well.”
