Hello, dear woman... thanks for the confirmation! I have some marvelous tools in my toolbox and don't enjoy reverting to tough tactics unless I have to, but my dad once said "sometimes ya gotta hit someone between the eyes with a 2 x 4, just to get their attention." For some, it's the only way to help em get unstuck, and headed in a positive direction. :~)
As the Buddhists taught me, "Cause and effect are strict. In thought, word and deed." Going back to your previous newsletter, re: empathy - the caller had as much empathy as a rock. And that's insulting to the rock. Thank you for sharing all aspects of what you're encountering. And rock on! XOXO
LOL… thank you for your feedback, Eliza! Children learn from example. If a child is raised without compassion and love, how does he know what it feels like to receive these gifts, and from whom can he learn how to give them?
I’m grateful for your interest in my experiences! It’s cathartic and a form of closure for me to finally express stuff I’ve had sitting on my back-burner for some time. It patiently simmers there on a very low flame, till I’m one day feeling ready to tackle that ‘unfinished business.’
I’ve found, ya just can’t rush these things. They sorta have a little life of their own, but my subconscious continues to chew on ‘em, until the thoughts, feelings and words come together cohesively enough to spit ‘em out. :~)
Your tough love definitely helped me heal, so you're not the problem.
