I'm still in recovery from 6 months of unrelenting (life event-driven) stress. I’m now taking specific supplements to get me back to feeling joyful and normal again. Even after most of the dust has settled, I’m not feeling Myself. I'm wanting to take a nap right now (post-coffee) to further help me recharge my batteries.
