Happiness isn't about how much money you make, how in love with someone you are, or how many friends you have. We've all awakened at times with a mild sense of emptiness or depression, haven't we? Do we make ourselves wrong for these feelings? Do we get angry at ourselves for feeling those darker emotions? Have we imagined most of our life that "Happiness" means we're supposed to feel exhilarated 24/7?
