My nightmare with Samsung is as follows: I dropped and broke the screen on my new Samsung Galaxy A13 5G phone, when taking my poor sick doggie to the animal hospital. I called Samsung, and was given a support ticket to ship it for repair, because the local Samsung approved outlet (U break, I fix) my local Best Buy in Pasadena sent me to, was a closed storefront (after driving around for 30+ minutes to find parking)!
