Didja know that a vegetarian diet consisting of a lot of soy products can be really bad for bone density? The Chicago Med series did a bit on this recently. I've known about this for a long time, 'cause I dated a vegan guy for a while who kept losing his teeth, due to bone loss. He was a compulsive eater and consumed large quantities of what I called, faux foods (made from soy) that were designed to taste like beef, chicken, duck, etc.
Soy is also disastrous for your thyroid health and metabolism! And nobody should be eating all the fake meats, that I refer to as Frankenstein food, anyways. It’s not food, it’s poison.
