I have not been “hurt,” dear. I’ve always (even when very young) had stellar instincts that warned me when someone unbalanced/unstable showed up in my romantic world, and I avoided a second date.
My articles and posts are based on 30+ years of helping thousands of people recover from being “HURT” (more like decimated) by lovers who had BPD traits. My online BPD articles (25 in total) are literally transcriptions of identical stories shared with me by individuals all over the globe.
You are entitled to your opinions. You are entitled to your viewpoints~ but when you invalidate someone who is presenting facts based on 3 decades of intimate experience with this disorder, perhaps you’re being biased, and should just limit yourself to reading only materials that agree with your personal sensibilities.
Stop writing like you're presenting facts when you've clearly been hurt - this isn't factual or evidence based at all.
